 ONLY EFTs / Cell Phone Banking payments / Cash on pick up is accepted.  NO CASH DEPOSITS.  A product will not be released or send if a cash deposit has been made.  Additional fees are applicable when cash deposits are made.

 Inform us if any other payment than those accepted will be used.

Full payment on personalised products before production starts. A proof of payment is needed either via sms or email.

Please ensure that correct banking details provided on the invoice are used when paying your deposit.  Ensure that you use the same Name as used on your facebook order to avoid confusion.

PACKAGING

 Bluelu has standard packaging sleeves.  If special packaging is required please inform and enquire pricing.  There are gift bags, boxes, ribbons etc.

All orders must be done via Facebook or email.  No watsapp, sms, facebook messenger or telephonic orders will be accepted.

A design must be provided by the client.  If no design is provided, designing fees will be applicable.  An image on a shirt or mug is not a design.  Please enquire if you need assistance. 

Please ensure that your order and pricing is correct on the given invoice.

Once an invoice is accepted no changes can be made. 

Familiarise yourself with product names in order to ensure your order is correct.  

Orders take 5 - 15 working days depending on the number of orders received as well as the product that needs to be made.  

Customers will be notified as soon as an order is completed.  

Please note that if a product is not collected 90 days after purchase / notification the product becomes the property of Bluelu once more.  

Please ensure to add your Name, Surname, Cell nr. and email address when you place an order.

PRINTING

In the case where a customer provides the artwork the artwork is used as is.  Thus if the printing quality or design is faulty Bluelu will not be held responsible.

Also note that sublimation products does not come out the way it looks on a computer or picture.  Colours may vary Please note that Printed T-Shirts (sublimation and Vinyl) should not be washed in hot water.  Do not tumble dry.  Ink will fade and vinyl will crack and peel.  As far as possible take care of your products by hand washing it.  Mugs should be hand washed.

Bluelu is not responsible for pick up / delivery of any product / exchanges / returns.  

​

No Warranty or guarantee is given on small handmade items including all decor and toys.   No Warranty or guarantee is given on printed items.  

Please note that all wooden items are handmade thus items might at times have unique characteristics such as knots in the wood.  Handmade wooden items are made by hand and no laser cut machines or CNC machines were used.  Thus each product will reflect that. 

To ensure your wooden products last treat them regularly with appropriate wood treatments against corrosion, warping, cracking and breaking. 

 Bluelu will not be held responsible if a product is not cared for by the customer. 

All items are checked before sending it off with courier. Photos are taken as well.  No worn and washed items will be accepted.  No used items will be accepted.  A refund is only applicable if the product was a present and the new owner would like to return or exchange the product.  A refund is only given if Bluelu send the wrong items for example a mug instead of a scarf. If a product has been personalized no return will be accepted and no refund will be given.  Products must be returned by customer within 7 Days of receiving the item and at  customers own cost.  Bluelu will not be held responsible for courier or shipping fees.
